Exclusive Commercial License

Beginning in 2018, the China Biographical Database project granted Yuanyin Tech. an exclusive license in mainland China. Prior to 2018, the China Biographical Database license was only "Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)," which means that, now all commercial use of CBDB data other than Yuanyin Tech. is illegal.

獨家商業授權

自二零一八年起，中國歷代人物傳記資料庫項目授予元引科技中國大陸地區獨佔商業授權。二零一八年以前，中國歷代人物傳記資料庫項目的授權方式只有「署名-非商业性使用-相同方式共享 4.0 国际 (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)」。這意味著，當前所有在商業項目中使用 CBDB 的機構，除元引科技以外，均不合法。
